Nemesis the heart surgeon dies and is given an elaborate funeral.


An enormous heart covered in flowers stands behind the casket during the service.


Following the eulogy, the heart opens, and the casket rolls inside.


The heart then closes, sealing the surgeon inside the beautiful heart forever.


At that point, one of the mourner%26#039;s skybluecarp bursts into laughter.


Everyone stares at him.


He says,%26quot;I%26#039;m sorry; I was just thinking of my own funeral. I%26#039;m a gynaecologist.%26quot;


That%26#039;s when daggers the rectal surgeon fainted.
