Ribbon ideas?

There were 25-30 large ribbons from flowers at my Mother%26#039;s funeral. I can not throw them away! I have 2 sisters and would like to take these ribbons and do something with them other than cutting little strips and putting them in a scrap book. We are not kids, my Mother was 76 , and very deserving of something special. I would appreciate any ideas.

you could weave them together, in a basket weave style and make such things as book covers, or even purses/handbags.


You can also weave them together and make baskets/bowls that you could set out and fill with dried flowers or silk flowers. If you kept any of the flowers from the funeral, and dried them, they could be used in your ribbon bowls for a fond remembrance.





Another idea is to use the ribbon and make angels. These could be used for decoration or for your Christmas tree.
Reply:Make pretty bookmarks, fold over the top ends and glue them, cut the bottom end at an angle or that standard two cut way you see ribbons cut.
